Defiance Stringband exist because of the music and the love and friendships born from the melodies.  We could not subsist alone and owe our success to our friends.  Everyone who has come to our concerts, bought our music, come to our dances and events, and, tapped a toe, or expressed a word of encouragement, written a nice e-mail, sent us a letter, photogragh, or enjoyed the sounds, has kept us going.  This list is dreadfully deficient.  Please receive this as a global thank you to all of our family, comrades, friends, amigos, buddies and supporters.
